Nafpliou), creator of the website www.B2VEND.com and the corresponding mobile or tablet application, acting as the data controller, collects only the absolutely necessary data for each specific processing purpose.

The keeping and processing of personal data is lawful and necessary. The data is retained for as long as the user remains registered with B2VEND and thereafter for as long as required by applicable law and until the expiration of any legal claims of B2VEND against the user. Users' personal data is not disclosed or transferred to third parties except within the framework and under the conditions defined by the applicable personal data protection laws. By registering on the application, the user consents to the use and processing of their personal data, as submitted during registration, by the data controller. The user has exclusive access to the email address they provided and bears sole responsibility for any transmission, disclosure, or communication of their personal data to persons within their sphere of influence. B2VEND bears no responsibility towards a Service user and/or any third party for any legal or other claims or disputes arising from acts/omissions by the user, their appointees, fulfillment assistants, or generally related persons (such as relatives, representatives, etc.) that resulted in access, processing, management, or use of their personal data by unauthorized third parties or from unauthorized use of the username and password (user name & password). The user has the rights of information, access, rectification, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection to the processing of their data, including objection to profiling, provided the legal conditions for exercising these rights are met, in accordance with Articles 12 to 23 of the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Articles 31 and 33 to 35 of Law 4624/2019, as applicable. The user also has the right to lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority if they believe that their rights have not been satisfied.

B2VEND and its Creator recognize the importance of personal data security and have taken all necessary measures, using the most modern and advanced methods, to ensure the highest possible level of security through the encryption of login credentials in the application.

The data collected as necessary for each specific processing purpose include:

  • The storage of the user’s and orderer’s information upon their registration (Full Name, Father's Name, Mother's Name, ID Number/Legal Entity Details, VAT Number, profession/occupation, email, contact phone, business address, postal code, city).
  • The storage of the user’s and order recipient’s information upon their registration (Company Name, VAT Number, Tax Office, profession/occupation, email, contact phone, business address, postal code, city).
  • The creation, storage, and encryption of passwords for each user.
  • The verification of each B2VEND user by sending a code via SMS, email, or another platform.
  • The sending of emails regarding notifications, account confirmation, and the process for password recovery in case of loss or forgetting.
  • The uploading, storage, and processing of PDF files/images/documents of any other format by orderers, for management by order recipients, exclusively with their consent.

These data are provided by the data subjects themselves, either electronically or by completing specific forms or contracts. The provision of personal data by each data subject is a legal and contractual obligation for the conclusion of a contract for the provision of B2VEND services. In case of non-provision of these personal data, the conclusion of the B2VEND services contract becomes impossible. Personal data of users are collected and recorded during their communication and conversation with the data controller. The recording is done as part of the development of this specific business relationship, with the aim of providing evidence of our communication, proving the transactions, and ensuring the interests of all parties in case of dispute.

Your personal data is not used for other purposes, except for the purposes for which it was collected and which concern the operation of B2VEND, as described in its terms of use.

B2VEND keeps your personal data within the framework of fulfilling its contractual obligations, in accordance with applicable law. In certain cases, the Data Controller may transmit the personal data it processes to third-party competent authorities and services, in accordance with Law 4172/2013 – Income Tax Code (FEK A 167).

B2VEND may contact you via the email address or phone number you have provided for purposes of informing you about the use of the application, optimizing its services, sending electronic newsletters, promoting related goods and services, or for other related purposes, only if it has obtained your consent for this. In this case, you have the option to withdraw your consent at any time by sending an email to the Data Protection Officer of the data controllers at the following email address: info@b2vend.com

The user/data subject has the right to be informed at any time about whether and how their personal data is being processed by the data controller, as well as to request the correction or updating of personal data that is incomplete or inaccurate. The user may also request the deletion of data if it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was originally collected, or if they wish to withdraw their consent and there is no other legal basis for processing. The right to deletion is subject to conditions. For instance, data retention may be required for compliance with legal obligations of B2VEND, based on provisions in specific laws such as the Civil and Criminal Codes, tax, and insurance legislation, among others. Objection: The data subject may object at any time to the processing of their personal data, and the data controller will respect this objection unless there are other legal grounds for processing.

Restriction of processing: The data subject may request the restriction of the processing of their personal data if they dispute its accuracy or the legality of the processing. Portability: The data subject may also request to receive the data they have provided in a readable format or ask for it to be transferred to another data controller. Right to withdraw consent: If the processing is based on consent, the data subject has the right to withdraw their consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing based on consent before its withdrawal. The above rights may be exercised if the conditions set forth in Regulation (EU) 2016/679 are met.

Personal data is kept for as long as required for the execution of the contractual relationship and, in any case, for the duration specified by the applicable tax legislation and the specific provisions of the Grant Agreement, as well as the Civil Code (CC) in case any contractual or property claims or other disputes arise.

B2VEND implements appropriate technical and organizational measures, policies, and procedures for the security of personal data and its protection against accidental or malicious loss, misuse, alteration, or destruction.

Furthermore, it seeks to ensure that access to personal data is restricted to the Creator of the application/data controller or to legitimate external collaborators or competent authorities acting within the scope of their duties. Individuals who have access to the data are specifically authorized and bound by confidentiality and secrecy obligations.
